While in law school, Stephen focused his studies on securities law and specifically as securities law relates to raising capital for real estate transactions.

After law school, he was put in charge of developing a boutique commercial real estate law firm’s securities practice. Thereafter, he worked for a nationally recognized real estate syndication law firm where he further honed his skills. Stephen’s ability to develop and implement efficient systems allow the firm to triple (3x) in growth in under a year.

Stephen is a passionate advocate for the advancement of the legal practice through the integration of legal technology and efficient process implementation.
